Anyone who has purchased access to a Love Academy experience is a member of the Circle. Enrollment is automatic and uses the name and email from the purchase. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay and nothing to confirm.

The name used at purchase is the credential. There is no card or code to present at the door.

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and lives on a single email address per person.

The path begins in white and deepens toward red as a member returns.

What moves a member from one circle to the next is the number of distinct Love Academy experiences they have purchased access to — not the number of tickets or the amount spent. Two performances of the same show count as one experience, and actual attendance is not a condition for advancing.

Advancement is reflected in the member registry within a reasonable time after each purchase. Love Academy does not guarantee that a change of circle will be immediate or reflected at the time of any given purchase.

Member pricing on selected Love Academy experiences in all its cities —Mexico City, New York, Tulum, Ibiza and Bali—, different for each circle and published in each communication. There is only one Circle worldwide: experiences count in any city, and each member's circle is the same wherever they buy.

Benefits of the month, sent by email once or twice a month depending on the member's circle, each with its own validity period.

Benefits cannot be combined with one another unless the corresponding communication expressly says so, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each circle receives, in its communication, the code that gives access to its price. The code is for the use of the member and whoever accompanies them.

Each code has a limited number of uses. Once they run out, the purchase remains available at the public price.

Member pricing applies only during the period stated in the communication where it is published, and is not retroactive: it does not apply to purchases made earlier, and the difference on a prior purchase is not refunded.

Love Academy produces and curates its own experiences, and also produces experiences for third parties. In the latter —associated events— ticket sales are not operated by Love Academy, and the member benefit is granted on the terms the third party allows.

In those cases the member discount percentage holds through every sales phase, but the base price may rise when the event changes phase, so the final discounted price may be higher later on. The benefit is subject to the third party's availability and conditions, and may be modified or ended without prior notice.

IKAL RESTAURA 2026, November 13 to 16 at IKAL Tepoztlán, is an associated event.

Each experience has its own access conditions —minimum age, door times, venue rules, cancellation and refund policy— published on its sales page, which prevail over these rules in matters of access.

Being a member of the Circle does not by itself grant a right of access, nor exempt anyone from meeting those conditions or from holding the corresponding ticket.

Love Academy processes its members' personal data —name, email address, country and purchase history— for the purpose of administering the Circle, communicating announcements and benefits, and determining the circle that corresponds to each member. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Any member may leave the Circle and its communications at any time, through the link included in every email or by writing to info@loveacademy.org. Unsubscribing from communications does not mean losing one's purchase history.

Members residing in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom receive Circle communications only with their prior express consent, and retain the rights granted to them under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Membership in the Circle is granted free of charge and without any consideration. It does not constitute the purchase of a good or service, is not part of what is acquired when buying a ticket, and does not represent a credit right, a stake, an investment or a title of any kind, nor does it create vested rights over future benefits.

The price paid for a ticket corresponds entirely to access to the experience.

Love Academy may modify these rules, the circle thresholds, the benefits and their validity periods. Changes are communicated to members by email and published on this page, and take effect upon publication, without affecting benefits already redeemed.

Love Academy may end the program by notifying members at least thirty calendar days in advance.

Love Academy may suspend or cancel the membership of anyone who uses codes or benefits in a manner other than that set out in these rules, in particular by selling them or distributing them to third parties.

This stage of the program is called The Circle 2027 and is in effect until December 31, 2027.
